A U.S. District Court in West Virginia has recently ruled that Wyeth and Schwarz Pharmaceuticals can not be responsible after an individual suffered from the side effects of a generic version of Reglan. The ruling stated that because Wyeth and Schwarz did not manufacture the drug in question, they can not be held responsible for the side effects that individuals suffered from generic versions.
